Rehearsal Studio  

Here is the exclusive 40m²+ rehearsal studio, + Separate Recording Control Room based in Beverly Hills NSW

Studio Room size is 10m x 4m, the control room is around 4m x 3m with fully stocked bar fridge (water, coke, diet coke, Pepsi and more!). Ask me about music gear such as    (Drum Sticks, picks, strings, blank media; CD's etc) when you arrive. One day soon we will invest in a cappuccino machine!

The room is a comfortable, clean and great sounding creative space for individuals and bands to rehearse and write. We are adding Auralex acoustic treatment all the time. 

We have flat load entry and a great sounding room with fresh PA and great acoustics

PA is a YAMAHA EMX512SC

Rehearsal Rate Tariff: (subject to change and negotiation for permanent bookings)

Hourly Rate = $25 per hour 

Full fee payable for cancellations less than 48 hours - we are a single boutique studio so we cannot double book to hedge cancellations.

RECORDING Tariff

Affordable multi track (32 track) recordings = $30 per hour / $150 per 5 hours / $300 per 10 hour block (Drums are fully mic'd)

Including one CD of the finished product

Sessions can be mixed "while you wait" also at $30 per hour

Also for $10 per song* you can be provided with a CD containing the individual tracks in .WAV format for loading into your own or a friends or a high end studios' Pro Tools system (or other pc based program such as cubase). This offer is proving extremely popular for obvious reasons. (Please explain? Well you can track cheap and easily have your efforts mixed and mastered elsewhere)

*Please note that this process is charged per song and not per hour. The process takes 30 minutes per song however it is effortless yet time consuming. Best to arrange to have the finished WAV files collected the following day etc. 

Hours of Business: Mon to Friday 2pm to 9.30pm (ish!)

Saturdays 9.30am to 10pm

Sundays by Request. 

Methods of Payment: 

Prepaid Direct deposit, Cash upon arrival. Also Pre Pay via PayPal (Visa / MasterCard) just let us know!

Digital Piano also available for hire. Midi File Player and other keyboards and synth workstations available for hire upon request.
